We are a young, sociable couple looking for a couple to share our flat. Here are the details..

The room is partially furnished, if you need a bit more furniture it can be arranged, it has a brand new double bed and mattress and limited built-in wardrobe space. It is 12 square metres and £850 for a couple. Minimum term is until January 2016 and deposit is £1000 plus months rent in hand. The deposit may be able to be paid in installments.
