Double Bedroom with Ensuite near Ham'smith Tube

A new housemate is needed to fill my furnished Double Room with Ensuite bathroom.

Only a short walk from Hammersmith tube, Kings Mall and a load of pubs it's a great house in a great location with excellent housemates. Quiet one way road, on road parking is never a problem and if the sun ever shines we even have garden with BBQ.

You would be sharing with a couple from AU/NZ and a French woman. All professionals, very nice, very chilled and always up for a bit of a chat.

The rent is £1130 per month and includes all bills and cleaner every week.
Deposit is £980 and is paid to the house account (we're organised like that).
The bad news is there is an agency fee of £250 which is unfortunate but unavoidable.

The room will be available on the 18th of January.

Built in wardrobes (two large wardrobes)
Fireplace (probably best to not light any fires though)
