Huge en-suite bedroom available for 8 month let

Hi All,

I am going traveling from 16 February and so I am looking for someone to take over my contract - our contract ends in September. (I can be slightly flexible on move in date)

Location:

This is an amazing location we are a short walk to High St Ken, Holland Park and Hyde Park and it is great for transport links. Hammersmith is a short 7 minute walk, Olympia is a 10 minute walk. The number 9 and 10 bus go from outside the door step and then Barons court and West Ken are about 15 minutes away.

About the flat/room:

The apartments are in a secured concierge building located on the 5th floor (There is lift access).
The apartment is really big and a must see with a huge sitting room a dining room, two bathrooms and a kitchen with all appliances.

The room is huge with a lot of storage and it has a large en-suite with bath and shower and there is a big double bed with storage too. The room and apartment are fully furnished.

Bills are an extra £70 a month but this covers council tax, gas, water, elec, tv and internet.

About the current housemates:

I currently live with two of my best friends, Mim and Steph. They are both 26, one is an interior designer and the other is a fashion buyer. They are both sociable, fun and out-going. We are pretty relaxed but keep the house nice and we enjoy hanging out in the flat, going out for drinks/a night out or having dinner together. They are a very sociable and friendly pair.
