Sadly Our flatmate is moving out as he got a new job in east London and we have to look for a new one.

The flat is 2 floors, with a private entrance, 3 bedrooms ensuite and 1 bathroom for guests (4 bathrooms total) - there is a lovely patio next to the living room.

The room is cosy and pretty big, it has its own balcony and ensuite bathroom (shower). Ideal for professional. NO STUDENT

The flat is situated less than 10 minutes walk from Hammersmith and Ravenscourt park tube on piccadilly and district line and 3 minutes walk from king street , with lots of amenities, shops available.

I work as project manager for a construction company and my flatmate works as architect, we are looking for a respectful flatmate who enjoys to come home to a quiet a peaceful home and chill out in the evenings or go for a glass of wine.
