Small Double in a Lovely and Friendly Houseshare

The room

I am a very friendly and laid back black french guy, looking for a person to share a lovely house on the Harringay Ladder. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms. This ad is for one of them, which is available from June 6th. Another one is available now. See Ad ref #11473051. The last one being redecorated and will be advertised soon. The rest of the house will also be redecorated over summer, but the most annoying /noisy bits are done.

The room is a small double room. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and some shelves, and there is extra storage in the house that you can use.

The room is at £550pcm plus bills. Just so you are not caught short, the bills are £141.06 per month (based on 4 people sharing the bills, see details below)

This house has two bathrooms, a very spacious living/dining area on the ground floor as well as a large kitchen/dining area downstairs so plenty of space. The kitchen leads on to a well maintained garden (which is about twice as big as it looks in the pic). The kitchen is a great space for get-togethers after work. The house has a very airy and spacious atmosphere.

I am 39, and work in IT. My interests include sport (cycling and climbing), reading and the occasional long weekend abroad. I work from home 3 days a week, but the house is big enough so that we are not on top of each other. Ideally I would like a professional person of a similar vintage, who is clean and tidy but not uptight, sociable but not a party animal (well maybe sometimes)! The room is not suitable for couples though.

Great for transport links including the Piccadilly and Victoria Lines and the nearby bus routes are 29, 41, 141, 341. These buses will take you straight to oxford circus, camden, crouch end and Angel. Close to Wood Green shopping area & cinema, with the added bonus of Green Lanes for cheap grocery shopping and great turkish food.
