AVAILABLE FOR ONE MONTH, DURING AUGUST, this is a lovely double room, with a comfortable double bed, large windows, a desk, and lots of storage space for clothes etc. The room is in a split-level flat shared by three friendly late-twenties housemates (one male, two female). The flat has a large kitchen and dining room, and a comfortable living room with a big old flatscreen TV. There are two bathrooms, and a beautiful, sunny garden. This includes decking, ideal for lounging in the sun over morning coffee.

The flat is in a nice area, with excellent transport links. The local station is four minutes walk away, and allows access to Finsbury Park tube station within ten minutes. Manor House tube stop is around fifteen minutes walk away, and there are numerous buses operating along the lively Harringay Green Lanes (with its famous bars and Turkish restaurants), also less than five minutes walk away.

The rent is an extremely reasonable £570 for the month, and includes all bills, broadband internet, TV license and so on.

I will be away working in Italy for the month, which means that some of my possessions will remain in the room (mostly books, mostly poetry). However, the room has a large amount of storage space available, so this shouldn't be an issue. The room would be ideal for somebody requiring a base from which to search for a permanent place in London. The start and ending dates are also negotiable by a couple of days at either end.
