Herne Hill is well connected, the flat is less than 5 minutes walk from Herne Hill station with trains to Victoria (in 9 minutes), Elephant and Castle (in 6 minutes), Brixton (in 2 minutes, Farringdon (in 16 minutes)and Kentish Town (in 25 minutes). There are also available numerous buses in all directions with easy access to Central London.

Herne Hill has loads to offer! It has 3 bakeries, a real butchers' shop, greengrocer, fresh fish shop, loads of bars and cafeterias, deli, restaurants and pubs, hairdressers, 2 pharmacies, local supermarkets, Sunday's market, Brockwell Lido, Brockwell Park, GP and much more...all within 3 to 5 minutes walk from the flat!

The free room is a double one with wardrobes, shelves, chest of drawers and a double bed, but it can be given unfurnished if required ( TV from the picture is not included in the room... haha)

The flat has new wooden flooring, separate toilet and bathroom, large kitchen with access to a balcony overlooking the garden and a separate living area with dining table, one single and one double sofa, studying table and 3 libraries.

There is a garage available to store whatever is not necessary every day, and there is a storage room in the flat.

Free residents' parking is available just in front of the flat.

We have Virgin Media Broadband and TV with HD channels, 30mb speed.

The kitchen has a washing machine, oven, cooking range, kettle, microwave and fridge.

We are an easy going couple, I am from Italy and my fiance' is from India, both working, offering a clean and cozy environment to live in.
