Hello, there is a double room available in my beautiful, sunny top floor apartment in a mansion block overlooking Brockwell Park.

The room has a double bed with a view over our shared garden and Brockwell Park. The apartment has a large living room, spacious landing, galley kitchen with all mod cons and recently renovated bathroom with bath / shower and good hot water. The flat is shared with a Designer in her early 30's. There is also a large loft with plenty of room for storage.

There is a large shared garden that backs onto the park, and Brockwell Lido is almost next door. Herne Hill train station is a few minutes away, and Brixton tube is 10mins walk.
