I am currently looking for a new flat mate to share a large, two bedroom flat in a beautiful mansion block in High Street Kensington. The building has a lift and also a porter which is especially convenient for deliveries! The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe and is for single occupancy only. Sorry, no couples.

The flat is in a fantastic location on a beautiful street in the heart of Kensington. We have restaurants, cafes and shops just a few doors down and a lovely pub across the road.

The flat is very spacious (1, 000 square feet) and has great sunlight so it’s really bright and airy. It’s also very well maintained and we have a large living room with big sofas and dining table. The flat is well equipped with a separate washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer and oven. The room available also has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.

So a bit about me- 33 year old female, originally from San Francisco and have lived in London for over 5 years. I’m an easy going and friendly professional. I work in Mergers and Acquisition for an Internet company so although I lead a busy life, it would be great to have a flat mate who I can still have a glass of wine with occasionally.

I’m looking for someone who’s an easy going and friendly professional in their late twenties to late-thirties. Someone who is sociable but also likes their own space.

The room is £1, 150 per month and bills are around £180/month which includes council tax, heating, water, gas, electricity, cable TV, fortnightly cleaner, wifi and phone line. The bond/ deposit is also £1608. 75.
