Cosy double in fab Highbury flat

This is a great little room perfect for anyone who wants to have access to all the best things in London. You will be a stone's throw from Highbury Fields and 7 minutes walk from Highbury and Islington, Arsenal and Holloway Road tubes and 3 minutes from Drayton Park Station. You are also a short walk to trendy Stoke Newington Church Street and the lovely Clissold Park.

The room is a small double, with wardrobe. It is bright and airy but be warned if you are very tall as there is one sloping ceiling-although this is over the bed so shouldn't cause much bother!

The flat is great. It's split level and spread over 3 floors. There is a large but homely living room, separate kitchen and one bathroom. The place is kept in good clean and tidy condition.

Everyone in the flat gets along really well and we would like a fourth person who would like to join in and part of this fun! We are all very easy going and often share dinner, get out for drinks, watch films together or go to the local pub quiz. It is home and we want someone who can be a part of that. The three of us who currently live here is Camilla (a teacher) Jo (a marketing strategist) and Phil (a lawyer).

Preferably we would prefer a guy to balance out the house and are looking for another professional to join us.

Rent is £625 plus between £90-100 bills per calendar month (tbc).

The room is available from the end of October and at the latest the end of November.
