I am looking for a friendly, easy-going female to rent my room. The room is a lovely double room with loads of space. The house is split over three levels. It is a really relaxed and tidy place that you'll be sharing with 3 other females who are all really laid back.
There is 3 months left on the lease after which you'll have the option to sign a new lease with the other housemates.
The house is a few minutes walk from Highbury fields and Highbury and Islington tube. There's also lots of great cafes nearby.
The room is available from the first week of March.
Bills are approx. £50 per month.
