Small Double available in three bedroom maisonette house. Approximately 5 to 10 minutes walk from both the Piccadilly Line (Holloway Road) and the Victoria line and Overground (Highbury and Islington); and a 2 minute walk to Drayton Park train station.

Very large modern living room and kitchen. Flat screen TV, washing machine and dryer, and dishwasher. The room is a fully furnished small double.

A short walk to some great pubs, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Highbury Fields Park is just a couple of minutes walk around the corner. The centre of Angel is about a 25 minute walk up the road, down Upper Street which has restaurants and bars the whole way down.

You’d be living with some fantastic and friendly people, 2 guys and one girl (two are a couple sharing a room). We get on very well and are all very considerate.

The house is perfect for someone looking for somewhere with good transport, lots of good local options for food/drink/recreation, and a fairly large house with easy going housemates.

Bills aren’t included but amount to approx £90-£100 per month. Usually paid every quarter to one of my housemates.
