Double Room To Sublet In Holloway Road!!!

Hello to all,

I am subletting my room starting from ideally mid APRIL(20th) or beginning of MAY to end of AUGUST/or later SEPTEMBER due to some job related changes. (my dates are flexible so we can arrange the specific dates for moving in/out)

So about the flat.. The property is two floor flat with two rooms and the rooms are upstairs with living room, kitchen, guest toilet, one small closet room to put shoes as well as jackets/coats and an extra small storage area downstairs.

There is shared living room with a big sofa, TV, huge table(I couldnt upload the photo but table has sitting for 6 people if u think of a dinner party:) and open kitchen with literally everything brand new from dishwasher to washing machine and separate drying machine. We do share the pots, pans and etc and I can say that you can find everything in the kitchen if you like to cook.

The room is a good sized double room with a proper brand new double bed, quite big wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also there is an ensuite bathroom with a bath tub. Also considering Im subletting I will leave my duvet, pillows and set of sheets so you dont have to worry about that.

My flatmate is 27 female and working in finance so you can imagine her to be super busy. For that reason, we generally hang out together on weekends like go out, discover new restaurants, catch up movies, shopping and etc. I can say she is a lovely person and very easygoing. But we dont mind sharing glass or meal in the evening too. Though considering her busy schedule I expect the person who is planing to take the room to be independent professional respecting the other. (it can also be mature student as I am PhD student myself. I have to say its not a party house but more like a cossy house atmosphere)

About the area...the apartment is right one street behind the Waitrose on Holloway Road. So if you know the area not only its just five minutes walk to both Holloway road station, Arsenal station, and Finsbury Park Station. And it also has easy access to all bus routes. You can reach to city in 15minutes with one bus and also towards Euston/Kings Cross/Camden/Shoreditch again with various buses. There are several supermarkets/restaurants close by and Islington/Angel/Shoreditch restaurants/bars are on just short bus way.

Rent is 950 pound including bills.
