The house is in the middle of loads of great transport links. 10 minute walk to Archway (Northern Line) 10 minutes walk to Holloway Road (Piccadilly) and 15 minutes walk to Finsbury Park (Victoria) as well as this there is the Over Ground at Upper Holloway Road which is about 8 minutes away on foot and lots of other bus services.

The house itself is in a quiet square with a gated entrance for security. We have a good sized kitchen with every utensil you could ever need! We also have a small garden which is great for BBQs in the summer.

The bedroom is a large ground floor room with a double bed in addition there are chest of draws, wardrobe and desk. There is a nice big window to so it is always bright.

We are looking for a friendly person to join a sociable house. We regularly cook and eat together, share a glass of whatever, and we are looking for someone who will want to join in too.

In terms of amenities we are spoilt! We have numerous local supermarkets, Sainsbury's being closest, but also a Waitrose and Morrison’s. Odeon cinema is 5 minutes away. Loads of great places to drink, Crouch End is particularly good and there are lots of different eateries on Holloway Road. Something for every taste bud. On top of this there is a weekly local market.

Unfortunately this house is managed by an agency that runs a financial reference check on all new tenants. It is quite complex but you effectively need to earn £20, 000 per year (before tax) or more through a singular job to pass.
