Huge double room on Holloway Road

One of our flatmates is moving out so it’s time to look for a new one!

SHORT VERSION:

LONG VERSION:
We are 3 friendly and sociable human beings, but we have our own lives too and respect each other’s privacy. We are looking for someone who doesn’t mind hanging around for the occasional meal, pint or chat (sometimes all at the same time!). If you like board games, you have already an advantage over the competition.

The housemates (1 male and 2 female) are a German girl (tour operator and rum enthusiast); an Austrian girl (translator by day, baker by night); and then there is me, Italian, working in video game testing and performing stand-up comedy most nights of the week.

Although we like to be sociable, this is not a party house.

Now let’s get to the room!

The room is a huge non-smoking double, with plenty of light and space, right in the heart of Holloway Road.
It comes fully furnished (double-bed, couch, desk, coffee table, etc.) and is available from the 27th of September.

The house will be shared with 3 other people, there is no living room so we usually hang in the kitchen or on someone’s couch (there is one in every room).

There are no agencies fee and the price of £700 a month (plus one month deposit) is all-included.
The only extra expenses are for heating during winter (which you won’t have now but it’s been between £10-15 a month just for reference) and a £10 contribution toward buying household stuff like soap, kitchen paper and cleaning products (that’s usually every 4-6 weeks).

5 minutes to Archway Station, 10 minutes to Holloway Road Station, 15 minutes to Highbury & Islington!
Bus stop in front of the house with 24/7 buses that will take you anywhere with ease!

Close to shops (Sainsbury, Budgens, Tesco, and a huge Morrisons and Waitrose), pubs and all sorts of amenities (gym 2-minute walk from the house, cinema 3-minute walk etc.).
