Double room in bright, friendly Holloway Road flat

I'm sadly about to leave this fantastic 2 story flat, set back from Holloway Road. You'll live with a guy and two girls in their late 20s and early 30s in a chilled out and friendly flat. All three are professionals, we spend time cooking and hanging out together over some wine when we can, as well as all having our own things going on.

We have a living room and a great bathroom (wait till you see the shower!) and separate toilet. We have a patio out the back with benches, perfect for sunny evenings, and we also have a cleaner.

My room is a spacious, bright, double room on the 1st floor on your own with the other bedrooms upstairs. The windows are double glazed, and there are no neighbours below or to the left and only the housemates above you so it's very peaceful. All furniture in the room is staying.

The flat is opposite a bunch of convenient shops on Holloway Road, (M&S, Waitrose, Morrisons, Selby's, grocers etc) it's just a 4 minute walk to Holloway Road tube station which is just two stops from Kings Cross. Also within walking distance of Finsbury Park and Arsenal - great for runs and hanging out in the summer.

You will need to go through checks, pay six weeks rent as a deposit and replace me on the lease.
