This amazing DOUBLE ROOM in our lovely house is available to rent from November the 27th! It is very spacious and bright, has got lots of storage space and it comes fully furnished.

Our house is a four bedroom flat plus a small attic, with a large shared kitchen and toilet. The location is perfect, very quiet street situated just a minute away from Holloway Road where you will find all different kinds of amenities: Supermarkets, shops, cinema, gym... It has excellent transport connections, as it is just within a 2 minute walk from the bus stop and less than 10 minutes walk from Holloway Road and Finsbury Park stations.

You would be living with 4 young professionals. The environment in the house is lovely, we have a good relation among us, everyone is respectful, quiet and clean...So it would be fantastic to find someone who could fit :)

Bills are not included in the price, but the breakdown is roughly:
Wifi 8 pounds
Council tax 21.60 pounds
Water 8 pounds
Electricity 35 pounds each 3 months.
Gas top up 10 pounds each one month and a half.
