Hi, I'm moving out from my 3 beds flatshare in Carronade court, literally 2 minutes away from Holloway road station on the Picadilly line, so I'm looking for someone to replace me.

The room is spacious with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bureau. Window comes with double glass so it's very well insulated.

There are 3 rooms in the flat, and one is ensuite, so you'll be sharing the bathroom with only 1 person.

Huge living room with good sized balcony and open plan kitchen, with all the modern conforts. (Dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, Smart TV, broadband). There is also a small storage room with a gas boiler, and clothes washer, and dryer)

You'll be sharing with my two friends: Michel, 29, French guy who works in tech, and Lorenzo, 26, who is an Italian sommelier. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.
