Double room in a 2-bed flat in Angel/Islington

I'm looking for a flatmate to take up a spacious double room in a flat just off Essex Road, a minute walk from Essex Road Station. The flat is on the 3rd / top floor and has 2 bedrooms, 1 sizeable living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

The room on offer is fully furnished and includes a cupboard, a bed, a mattress, a chest of drawers and a side table.

The flat is well located: 10 minute walk to both Angel (Northern Line) and Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line and Overground) tube stations. It is also well connected by buses such as 73, 38 and 341 - all of which have a 24x7 service.

About me: I'm 33 years old, male and work at a management consulting firm in the City. My interests include keeping fit (gym, running, cycling), movies, nights out in town etc. I travel a fair bit for work, but like to chill out in the flat (and in London) when I'm not.

My current flatmate is moving out to a flat of his own so I'm looking for someone to take up his room. No couples please.

The rent is £700 per month plus bills (approx £130 per month accounting for gas/electricity, water, internet, council tax, TV licence and cost of cleaner). Security deposit will be 6 weeks rent.

I'll be conducting viewings this week so will be great if you drop me a note saying something about yourself and we can take it from there:)
