Hi All,

I am goong away on business in July and need to sublet my room for 5-6 weeks. I am offering a huge double room within a modern, clean, light flat in a great location. My flat mates are both professionals, working (kinda) in the City. Both are young graduates who enjoy the things 20 somethings tend to enjoy. Both are good people.

There is a possibility that this lease could be extended permanently should circumstances dictate.

The price is admittedly quite high, but you will (as I did) understand when you see the room. That said, it does include all bills and there may be some room for manoeuvre.

LOCATION

5-10 min walk to Kennington, Oval & Vauxhall tube stations.

15 min bus to Central London, the City

20-25 min walk to Westminster

5 min walk to the River

2 min walk to huge Tesco. Local Sainsburys, Waitrose also nearby.

Kennington has restaurants, pubs etc.
