Huge double room in big house 1min walk from tube

We are looking for a a new male housemate to join our home. A working professional (fluent english) who is easy going, sociable, and most importantly clean/tidy and respectful of other housemates. We are friendly and sociable but all very independent and busy with our own lives and would be looking for the same in our new housemate.

The room is available on sunday 16th september. Its a huge front of house main double room with a huge water bed! and tonnes of wardrobe space. You will share the main big bathroom with two others (never a queue or any issues), the other housemates have their own bathrooms. There's another toilet downstairs too.

The house is big and on 3 levels so plenty of space. As you can see in the pic there is a great big kitchen and lounge. There is a small patio garden outside space.
Best thing is, its less than one min from kennington station where the northern line splits taking you straight to west end or old street in a few stops. Loads of night buses right outside too.

There will be ref check of £35 and agency fee of £120
Bills are on top and never amount to more than £100
We don't currently have a cleaner so we all chip in and do parts of the house each week and just clean up after ourselves :)
The room is for a single person only. (obviously a friend/partner can stay over every now and again)
There is a washing machine and Wifi.
