Spacious double room in perfect location

Our lovely home is located amazingly centrally in Kennington, close to the Imperial War Museum. Public transport connections are superb. Less than 5 min walk to Elephant & Castle station and 8 min walk to Waterloo Station. Nearest bus station is 30 sec. Especially if you have a bike, the spot is - to say the least - fantastic: you can explore most of London within a 15 min ride (Brixton, Shoreditch, Chelsea or Camden, whatever you like).

The furnished room for rent is a bright, cosy, very quiet double room, with plenty of storage space. With the cold winter coming, it is great to know you can have a hot bath in our charming bathroom, or warm up with a cup of hot chocolate next to our fireplace. We love cooking, so our kitchen comes with all the amenities you need to impress your guests (or preferably, your roommates).

There are plenty of local shops within 10-15 seconds, whereas a large Tesco is only 7 min walk. If you don't like to cook in our chef style kitchen, there are multiple opportunities to eat out nearby.

If you are into sports, there is a swimming pool and gym at the end of the street, opening hours 7-22. Next to this, you will find a tennis court, basketball and football field within 60 seconds walking distance. If you consider yourself more the adventurous type, you can find an outdoor fitness in the closest park (Kennington Park) to practice your human flags.

We are social and easygoing - Luuk is a 25-year-old medical doctor from Amsterdam, doing research at UCL. Dani is originally from Northern Engeland, in her early thirties and works in the creative sector. We get along really well and lit the fire whenever we can - or cook a delicious Bolognese, both with a good glass of red wine.

All bills are included, that means wifi, broadband, council tax, gas/water/electricity.
