Hiya,

My names Sheila and I have a double room available in a flat in Kennington Oval, South East London, and i'm looking for someone to ideally move in as soon as possible.

To firstly tell you a bit about myself, I'm 24 years old, and currently working as an Executive Assistant in Central London. I'm a really bubbly and friendly person and also very clean and tidy, and generally looking for someone I can get a long with as well.

The flat is located in a very convenient area. It's a 1 minute walk away from Oval station which is on the Northern Line and 20 minutes away from Central London. There are 3 major bus stops all a 3 minute walk max from where I live, as well as a big Tesco 10 minutes walk away, and 2 smaller corner shops about 2 minutes away.

My flat used to be a family home where I lived with my Mum and Dad but they've recently moved out, so it's very homey. It has a living room with a TV, dining table and couches.

The kitchen has all kitchen amenities, other than a clothes dryer. And also a bathroom and toilet separate from each other. The double room has 2 existing wardrobes and comes with all the furniture and items included in the images.

There's also parking available for any car drivers.
