The room gets great natural light and is facing a garden so it's quite peaceful. You will have your own bathroom which is directly in front of the bedroom but not en suite. It has a closet and a mattress, there is also space for a desk and/or dresser.

The living room has a nice layout with an adjacent kitchen area so it's very convivial. The flat has wooden floors throughout and is new. The building has a shared garden and roof terrace for barbecues and gatherings. There is also a shed for bicycles.

The location is really good for transport aside from being a friendly and eclectic area. 8 minute walk to Kensal Rise tube, cafes and shops, 10 minute bus to Notting Hill, 20 minute tube ride to Oxford street. From the house It's a also a 6 minute walk to the Kensal green station with access to the overground and Bakerloo line.

A bit about me... I work in Fashion. I'm French and American and moved to London a year and a half ago after spending 11 years in the U. S. (Los Angeles and N. Y.). I love art, music, current affairs but my interests don't limit themselves to that. My friends would say I'm friendly and fun. I like to stay busy with socializing and work, but also love being at home and cooking. Finally, there's Jeannie and Jasper, my two cats. They're sweet and harmless so hopefully you like cats too.
