Fantastic Double Room to rent in Kentish Town Townhouse.

We are a group of thirtysomething professionals, working in media and social finance. We are a pretty busy bunch but enjoy the occasional dinner or cuppa together. Due to a a new job abroad I have to move out of this lovely place which has become home for me over the last 2 years ever since we took over from the landlord and started the houseshare.

The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, laminate flooring, outside wardrobe and small French balcony. It's on the 2nd floor of the property and also benefits from a small 2nd bathroom on this floor.

The house itself is in very good condition, with a spacious living room, drawing room, kitchen plus dining area, a humongous main bathroom, small garden and roof terrace, perfect for catching the sun in those (rare) summer weeks..

We are looking for a like-minded professional who is looking for a home, not just a roof over their head. We are all pretty easy going but those (house) party days are a little bit behind us..

KentishTown, or KTown as I like to call it, is my favourite area to live in London - so close to the Heath, loads of characterful shops nearby and only a short ride into 'town'.

All bills, incl. weekly cleaner, are £155 per month (this also includes a little buffer).
