ALL BILLS are included in the rent: Wifi, Heating, Gas, Electricity and Council Tax. Our flat is cleaned nearly every week and basic household toiletries are included, e. g. toilet paper, cleaning up materials, washing up power etc.

The compound has 2 security gates, and is very safe, with cameras around.

This is a 4 bed flat with NO LIVING ROOM. 2 girls are currently doing masters at UCL, another in SOAS and one is a recent graduate.

We also have great bus services all round 24/7. Angle Station area has many shops and a food market almost everyday.

There is a huge Sainsburys right next to the flat for food shopping and there is also a Tesco express and smaller Sainsburys on the way to the flat from Kings Cross Station. This flat is VERY WELL CONNECTED
