We have a furnished room to let in a house near Lambeth North tube available from mid-July.

We're looking for a tidy, cheerful, non-smoking, late-20s/30-something girl to live with two guys, 31 & 25. We're sociable and enjoy a night out but it's not a party house.

The room comes with double bed and wardrobe. Rent is £600 per month, including water and council tax, plus around £50 in bills. Many places are within walking distance and as such, transport costs are also very low.

The house has three bedrooms, large and airy lounge, two bathrooms and kitchen (with dish washer, microwave, cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine). There are also two small storage rooms.

The house is a 10 minute walk to Parliament (just over Lambeth Bridge) and in easy walking distance to central London, with the South Bank about 10 minutes away.

It is in Zone 1 (Lambeth North) and has excellent transport links; it is walkable to Westminster, Vauxhall and Waterloo stations and there are many buses to central London.

No couples, no pets, no DSS, minimum stay 1 year.
