Double Room, Lancaster Gate (W2)

I am offering a Double Room within a flatshare. The flat is located in the Lancaster Gate area (Zone 1), literally a one minute walk to Lancaster Gate Tube Station (Central Line), and 5min walk to Paddington station. Additionally, Hyde Park is a 30 sec walk from the flat and there are tons of buses that can take you almost anywhere you want in London.

I have been staying in this flat for almost a year now and we recently renewed our contract, which will expire in August 2016. I found a job back home and will have to vacate the room by the 21st December. The rent is paid every 17th of the month therefore if the new flatmate needs to take over in January, it can be arranged (up until the 17th January 2016).

My flatmates are two Italians (23 and 27 years old). They are both dear friends of mine and I can honestly say that living with them has been delightful. They are social and outgoing guys, who respect each other’s privacy. We are looking for a like-minded male or a female to become their new flatmate.

The flat is fully furnished and contains one bathroom, one separate toilet, a TV, broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, a big living room, two balconies, one kitchen / dining area, and even a steamer (if like us you hate ironing your clothes). The room is the smallest of the three, but you will also have another storage area (big closet) just outside of the room, therefore there is plenty of space to put your stuff. The flat is located within an estate and includes a reception and secured gates, which makes it very safe and convenient when you are not home and receive parcels; or if you have any problem in the flat (caretaker available).
