Flat mate wanted: “ a spacious two bedroom flat, conveniently located between Clapham Junction and Clapham Common tube (about 10 mins walk either way (“ideal for commuters!). Partially furnished (beds, bedside table, built in wardrobes, white goods, dining table, sofa's etc) but with plenty of room to spare.
I'm easy-going guy (27) who works as a CRO consultant and am pretty sociable, but also respects that everyone needs their space every so often. I also cook if that's something you don't enjoy!
Rent is paid on the 19th of each month and would ideally like someone who is able to move in by then!
Note: £360 one-off tenancy fee applies - split with myself. Bills come to just under £100 a month total
