Large double room available for rent in a modern four-bedroom house.

The room has a walk-in wardrobe and large double windows, which face the sun throughout the day. The size of the room can't be overstated, it's best viewed in person.

Notably, the house has a really large open-plan living room and a decently sized garden, which is really nice in the summer for BBQ's etc.

The house is located on the border of Clapton Pond & Leyton just off Lea Bridge Road.
Walking distance to local shops, supermarkets and take aways. 

The area has good 24/7 transport links. Clapton, Leyton or Walthamstow tube approx. 15 mins away. 
The house is 2 minutes from the nearest bus stop, which can take you into the city or out towards stratford  (Westfield Shopping centre). Easily accessible buses include; 48, 55, 56, N38, 58 and158.
Two of us opt to travel into the city by bike, because there are a number of bicycle routes and parks (Victoria Park, River Lea, The Waterworks Nature Reserve, Hackney Marsh) in the local are and we can highly recommend it. 

Perfect place for an active person. Ideal for City workers or creative types who enjoy the vibe of East London, as well as the a bit of nature.

Looking for: Laidback, sociable professional. Must be clean and prepared to keep communal areas tidy.

You will be sharing the flat with 3 other friendly, professional and fun housemates, two female and the other male,   aged between 23 and 30.

We have a laid back attitude but are often busy with work, we also like to cook for friends now and again and the occasional friday night social drink.

Price for the room is 595 pcm for one person or £660 pcm for couples

All bills are included (council tax, water, gas, electricity, virgin media TV and broadband, TV license).
