We have a high standard refurbished 2 bed room flat near to Lewisham Station. The flat is fully furnished and everything is brand new in this flat.

This is very nice and clean flat which is just 10-12 min walking distance from Lewisham Station, 3 Min walking to LIDL (Opening time 8am-10pm) and 5 min walk to Lewisham Shopping centre, Sainsburry’s, GYM and 24hrs Tesco.

Approximately, 15-18 min to central London (London Bridge, Charing Cross, Waterloo, Victoria, Cannon Street, Canary wharf) from Lewisham Station, Also there are lots of Night bus available here (N47, N136, 321, 108, N21, N89, N199).

You will be sharing with 1 couple only. We both are professionals and working in central London. We like neat, clean, quiet flat and we looking for someone who has same nature. (Sorry no parties please)

The room comes fully furnished, includes a semi double modern bed, mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, a bedside table and a bedside lamp and you will have your own fridge.

Flat has high speed broadband (100mbps speed & unlimited download), also it has free hot water and some free heating which makes the bill very low (Just want to clarify, Bills not included - bills approximately £65-£70 PCM)
