The Room: the room is very large and is provided with double bed, leather sofa, desk and chair, two wardrobes, chest of drawers. The large size makes it ideal if you are working from home


The House: it has been newly refurbished with brand new kitchen/dining plus two big fridges/freezers and two full bathroom. The house is equipped with washing machine, dryer, virgin 200 MB fast-speed broadband. There is a big garden with tables and chairs as well as a BBQ for the summer. The house is very clean as the people who currently live in are very tidy and respectful.

Transports and Location: the house is located on the High Road and it is 4 minutes walk (or 0. 2 miles) from the tube station (central line), which takes you in 4 minutes to Stratford and Westfield, to Liverpool Street in 14 minutes and canary wharf in 18 minutes. Just outside the house there is a bus stop for daily buses going to the city and passing by Stratford, as well as the N8 (night bus), so you do not need to get a cab to comeback home at night. The Leytonstone Overground is also 8-10 minutes away.

The Housemates: in the house there are very easy going people, all professionals, two girls and one boy
