Clean, cute, quite home

I have a single room to rent in my lovely house in Leyton. The house is situated in a quiet, safe, family area. Its a 5-10 minute bus journey to Leyton tube station on the central line and 1 tube stop away from Westfield shopping Centre for restaurants, cinema, bowling etc. There is also a 5-10 mins bus journey from the bottom of the road that will also take you to Westfield Shopping Centre direct/Stratford station. Maryland station is a 5 minute bus journey away also.
The room has a single bed on the first floor with wardrobe, chest of drawers bedside table, desk and chair, Central heating with carpet.
I am a live in landlady and work 9-5 but are am sociable and would like to have people that I can hang out together with in the evenings. The other housemates are also kind and considerate and we all have very busy social and professional lives. I have a shared living room with a large flat screen TV, kitchen with appliances, pots and cooking equipment and a dining table and also a garden. The house also has superfast broadband and a washing machine (no drying clothes inside the house). There are two toilets and one bathroom, with a electric shower installed. All bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV license and broadband) are included so it really is a steal! There is free street parking outside the house (ie no parking permits needed) and there is always parking available. We have a kitty that we add to which covers cleaning supplies and we clean the house ourselves.
I am looking for an easy going, mature, PROFESSIONAL FEMALE, non-smoking housemate who can clean up after themselves and would like to socialize with rather than just hibernate in their rooms. I would like people who treat this as their homes rather than just some place they rent and who can be considerate housemate to us all. If that sounds like you, then get in touch. The rooms are available 1st August with one month rent as a deposit and one month rent in advance. Minimum 6 month stay. Rooms are only for one person with no sharers or couples. No DSS/benefit or students.
