Single room in maisonette flat

Single room to rent in newly refurbished maisonette flat in Leytonstone. All bills included, high speed fibre optic wifi.

I’m a 23 year old male professional who works 9 to 5. I enjoy going to the gym (there’s a great one 2 mins away from the flat), cooking etc. Would like to live with people who are sociable, and who will be considerate of the flat and other housemates. Would like people who are looking to stay a minimum of 4 months ideally, but can be flexible.. I don’t smoke cigarettes and don’t want any smoking in the flat.

The flat

I’ve just finished renovating the flat from top to bottom –everything is new! It has a decent-sized, fully equipped kitchen, and separate living/dining room with TV, big windows, dining table. Shared bathroom upstairs and another toilet downstairs.

Outside there is free parking for residents. The front of the flat looks onto a big communal garden, and to the back there is a quiet street and view (albeit from quite far away!) of the city. The double room is at the front of the house and the single at the back.

The single has a new single bed and mattress with under-bed storage, clothes rail, and desk and chair. There’s some extra storage space just outside the room you could use as the room itself is small. £500/month all bills included. Deposit £600

2 min walk to Leytonstone High Road
10 min walk/ 3 min bus to Leytonstone tube
15min walk to Leyton tube or Forest Gate station
20 min walk/ 5min bus to Stratford

We’re a minute from Wanstead flats - a huge green space with lakes that is great for picnics, jogging, general escape from the city etc.

If you’re a keen cook, we’re just two mins from a fantastic Turkish supermarket. If not, we’re also right by a Tesco express, and many other restaurants and cafes -Indian, Chinese, Jamaican, Lithuanian etc. 5 mins from a couple of decent pubs, 2 mins to closest gym.
