AMAZING new flat in Leytonstone-double room

Hi

I've found the most amazing 2 bedroom flat in Leytonstone to rent. I just need a lovely housemate to share it with :)

About the flat:
It's a converted house that has been made into 2 luxury flats. Ours is the top one, set over two floors and finished to the highest spec (new everything). It has large kitchen/diner, separate lounge which I will furnish with sofa, table etc, REALLY nice bathroom and your room which is a large double and I'll put a bed in there for you but otherwise the room is UNFURNISHED (if this is a problem I may consider furnishing). My room is the floor up so it gives us our own space. The flat has loads storage cupboards for suitcases etc and loads of character. Outside there is street parking and it's less than 10 minutes walk to the tube and 5 minutes walk to a massive Tesco extra.

About me:
I'm 30 years old working in medical sales. That means I don't have an office and often work from home when I'm not out visiting doctors. I'm very sociable and love to cook and enjoy a glass (or bottle) of wine in the evening. I'm really into music and going to shows at weekends. I have two indoor cats who are very friendly.

Who I'd like you to be:
A laid back, tidy person who will hang out with me in evenings and treat the place like a home but also has their own stuff they do. Partying ok at weekends but weekdays more chilled please. Don't mind if you're a guy or a girl but full time job needed and no couples x
