Beautful room in green Leytonstone

PS it is easy to work from home in this house as we have superfast broadband which can be directly connected.

Anyway this is an ex-family house (my family) so it has a nice atmosphere � garden, paintings, well-maintained. It�s a Victorian terrace in a culdesac in Leytonstone. The end of the road is officially Epping Forest � common land and woods and the whole feel is quite rural in Summer.

The room is at the back of the house with direct access to the long garden and with sky/wireless internet. There is a mixture of housemates� but it doesn�t seem crowded � the house is quite big and everyone is very considerate. The rent is 510 per calendar month � all bills included.

We are 5/10 minutes from Leytonstone tube which is central line so easy for central london. There is a BR silverlink station even closer on the Barking- Gospel Oak line. Buses to Stratford Walthamstow Ilford etc.

People in the house have various jobs but tend to be interested in music and the arts. It's friendly and relaxed.
