We are 2 working professionals looking for someone clean to join our house. You should be easy going however respectful and treat this house as your home.

The room is a huge double master bedroom with a high ceiling and a big window. Being refurbished now so we have no pictures if it yet. PLEASE NOTE, the bedroom showed in this advert is a sample single room, just to give you an idea how nice your room will look.

*WHAT YOU GET:
- master bedroom
- shower room for your own use

- your own fridge, cabinet and drawer (be aware to fit into these, no need to bring a whole kitchen with yourself as there's everything and no more storage space)
- cellar to keep boxes, suitcases, etc in

*WHAT WE EXPECT:
- full time professional
- clean (doesn't mean you take 15 min showers twice a day, but that you keep the place tidy)
- if you find difficult cleaning toilet or a cooker after yourself, don't apply
- we do cleaning rotas, however if you have no time to broom the floor, we can arrange a cleaning service
- grown up mentally, over 30s only
- respectful, easy going, chilled, no drama queens!
- with at least some sense of humour

gas+electricity - around 27/month (top up key)
council tax - 35/month
internet - 5/month (soon to be reduced)
