I am looking for the perfect flat mate for this lovely 2 bedroom flat and 1 person living on it, me (39 years old physiotherapist. Work Monday to Friday 9 to 18).
I am not in a rush to let, just looking for the perfect flatmate to share the rent of this beautiful flat. Perfect flatmate would be a graduated professional with a salary of £1800 or more per month, that wants to live in a spacious, luxury house with the least possible persons on it (only me).
The house has so many areas that looks like we will be living in a one bed flat and we are only likely to see each other in the kitchen on weekends.
Very important: the ideal flatmate will be tidy and clean and share the same views as me about having a clean and perfect place to live.

The rent includes all utility bills + super fast virgin internet, 150mb/sec. It is full time rental, but I am open to discuss Monday to Friday Rental too (£700 most likely but can negotiate depending if you stay Friday nights or Sunday nights. Can drop to £650). One month deposit required the amount is negociable.
All bills and contract will be shown to you to confirm the flat share is more than fair for you (rent for the flat: £1525 + £300 depending on electricity bill+council+water+internet.

The house is completely newly refurbished and fully equipped. The location is absolutely perfect, check below all the amenities and distances.

The flat is luxurious and the ideal flatmate needs to have a good stable job. There is a very nice policy for visitors, including family. There is the possibility of creating a 3rd temporary bed room for visitors.
The room is big and has lots of storage. A 48' TV (not on the Photos) can be in place if necessary. There is very fast virgin wireless Broadband. The room has lovely views to the Leytonstone church.
The rest of the house is fully equipped, with the best equipment on the market. The flat has amazing views to central London, specially in the Upper Terrace.
The terrace in the lower floor is equipped with sun beds and sun shades and has total privacy to sunbath in the Summer. There is a Lounge for table games (monopoly, Poker, Uno, Risk, Cards) and a Mini Gym with treadmill, Weights, Matts, Steps and waiting even more equipment.
There is only me, a male senior Health Care Professional and with only 2 persons in the house, feels like you are living in a one bedroom flat alone. There is plenty of space and areas to hangout and I spend days without even seeing my current flatmate!! He is leaving only because he is going back to his country, he loves the place.
The flat is unbelievably beautiful, spacious (can only include 9 photos there is much more to see, including a observation deck to central London) and well equipped.

Leytonstone has a little town feel and is a beautiful community with lots of streets fairs (every saturdays + special annual events). There are 3 very beautiful parks: 1 -The wanstead flats 3 min walk (perfect for sports, including golf and tennis clubs), 2 - The hollow pounds (7min walk) with a huge beautiful lake and some islands on it. There are boats to rent and spend a very nice afternoon (Damon Albarn a famous local :) even made a song about it). 3 - The Wanstead Park, with very beautiful lakes with wild life and is possible to have a 2 hours walk without even seeing civilization, on Zone 3!!.
For people new to London, the central line is a fast line, perfect for people that work in Liverpool Street, Holborn, Oxford Circus, Bond Street, Marble arch and Stratford (only 2 stations, you can be in the Westfield shopping centre in less than 10 min from the flat's door). The central line is very strategical, because it cuts all other lines half way. Wherever you go, you only need to change 1 time subway and you are never too far from the final stop in the other line. There are trains every 1 minute in rush hour and every 3 minutes when is quiet. Leytonstone is Zone 3 in the Tube zones.
