We have a beautiful room available in this peaceful professional only house share in East London.

This is a very cosy and modern en-suite loft room with views to the East London Skyline. It is fitted with a small double bed, a double wardrobe with mirrored doors, a 43" Smart TV with a Netflix button :), a really comfy armchair with footstool, and lots of storage space around the room and the eaves.

There are two big skylight windows fitted with bloc blinds (which block the light completely as well as the heat or cold).

The house is located in Plaistow (District and Hammersmith & City lines). It's only 15 mins from the City of London (financial district) and 25 mins from the city centre (Westminster). Only a 5 mins bus ride to Westfield Stratford (biggest shopping centre in Europe with a large array of restaurants and shops) and the Olympic Park. You can walk there in 15 mins.

There is on street parking just outside the house.

Rent is £890 per month. The rent includes all bills and Super fast 350 Mbps Virgin Fibre Optic Broadband. Minimum stay is 6 months.

The deposit is £800. 00. We are not an agency. This was our family home for many years but we have moved away for work reasons and now let it out. We try to look after our tenants as best as we can by making sure the house is clean, safe and comfortable for everyone to enjoy.
