I can also provide more furniture as i have many rooms to let and have lots of furniture in storage so if more is needed, more can be provided.

The house itself is fully equipped with a newly refurbished kitchens and 3 bathooms along with a very large Garden which is perfect for BBQ during the summer.

They is a gas cookers with built in oven, personal fridge/freezers are provided for all the rooms, washing machine, toaster and personal storage space in the kitchen.

The house is a 5 min walk from Upton Park Station and 2 min walk from the nearest bus stations which take you to stratford, East Ham, barking.

Next to the tube station is Queens Market famous for very cheap fresh fruits and vegetables, so convenient and easy for shopping. Tesco, Ice Land, Holland & Barrett Superdrug, Boots, etc nearby, local shops, library, leisure centre (East Ham)swimming pools around the corner, and additional fitness gym near the house.

Main bus routes (104, 58, 330 and 325) start just 100 meters away, although house itself is positioned on a quiet nearby road.
