I am renting the spare double room in my amazing 2 bed flat. The room is fully furnished with a large window and built in wardrobe.

The flat has two bathrooms, and is furnished to a very high standard .

Haggerston over ground station is 75 meters away, which is one stop from Dalston, 2 stops from Shoreditch, 3 stops from Highbury & Islington and 10 mins away from Liverpool St on the bus. 5 mins walk from London Fields and Broadway Market.

The flat has a large balcony with great views over the park and towards the city. There is a secure bike store, with post offices, chemists, Tesco's, dry cleaners a stone throw away. Loads of pubs, bars and really good restaurants in the area.

Basically, this is a great place to live.

I'm 31 and looking for a very clean and tidy housemate.

The rent is £1000 a month and includes everything (Bills, Internet, Council tax, Cleaner, TV license, washing tablets etc etc ), with one month rent deposit held in a Landlords Deposit Scheme to ensure security for both parties.
