Well hello!

We’ve got a great flat in a terrific location on St Pauls Rd N1. It’s a big, bright and airy two bedroom Georgian flat set out over three and a half floors.

We have a double room available from 28 June - 28 July.

There is a really good sized modern kitchen, which opens onto a small balcony garden with space to get the barbeque going.

The living/dining room is huge, and recently renovated.

There are two bathrooms so you can have one of them to yourself. One has a shower, the other has a bath and shower – both have excellent water pressure [joy!].

The room available is fully furnished.

The flat's got all the other things you'd expect and more - washing machine, gas stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, broadband, Sky, free international calls, balcony and the herb garden.

Smoking is okay on the balcony, just not inside.

The public transport access is amazing, we’re less than five minutes walk to Highbury and Islington Station on the Victoria and Overground lines. We have easy access to the 30, 4, 19, 236 & 393 buses so Angel, Dalston, Stoke Newington and Highbury are just minutes away.
