Single Room in Tottenham for a tidy person

There is a single room to rent in Tottenham, 10-15mins walk from Seven Sisters, Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line) and Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line) stations.

The house is a 6 bedroom Victorian house located on a quite road with garden and free parking. We have a lovely (and lazy) ginger cat so if you have allergy or just don't like pets, please, do not consider our house to move in. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, gas cooker, oven, a brand new washing machine), a recently refurbished bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet and a living/dining room and Sky broadband.

The room is a single room with single bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Due to the size of the room this would be suitable for one person.

We are all working professionals between age 25-32 from different countries. We like to keep our living environment clean and tidy, respect others and expecting the same from our new housemate.

We are looking for a non-smoker who has the need to keep common areas tidy, respect others and don't mind a cat indoor. We would prefer a girl but everyone welcome.

The room is available from 17th Sept, the monthly rent is £410 all incl. and we ask for £400 deposit in advance. You can get it back when you decide to move out. When this is the case, please, give us at least 3-4 weeks notice.
