We live in a really clean house and like to keep it as a tidy haven - you can be a messy sloth in your room, that's fine.

We work long hours so enjoy a peaceful home.

Lovely garden, back deck and all new kitchen - washer/dryer/2 x fridges. Loads of storage space.

10min walk to then 7 mins to Stokey (access Hackney Central, Liverpool St etc)

LOOKING FOR: A kind natured flatmate who is very clean and respectful. We have gone to a lot of effort to build a haven and want everyone in the house to enjoy the home and keep the communal spaces clean and tidy. Current tenant is friendly female fashion designer (34) and enjoys a chat/tea/wine or equally to be tucked up in bed with a good documentary. Tiger the cat is very sweet and loves affection. (Other tenants are myself and partner who are subletting our room for 2months and will return Feb- Stu works as a technician in art galleries and I work in production/events.
