Fully furnished: fibre-optic wifi, wardrobe, desk, shelves, a solid wooden double bed (with lots of space for suitcases underneath). The room comes with clean bed linen, fresh towels and an optional memory foam mattress.

Fully equipped clean kitchen, large comfortable living room: original wooden floor, sofas, TV. Marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Garden and patio. All modcons: alarm system, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, central heating, wireless internet, alarm system, second wc, utility room, no smoking, no pets. Quiet, large house in a residential road right opposite East Finchley tube station, (1min walk!), 15mins to Camden Town, 20mins to West End and City. Next to all local shops, supermarket, buses, restaurants, Italian cafes, independent Phoenix cinema, Highgate woods. Late-night grocery store, pharmacist on corner. Close, walking distance to Highgate, Muswell Hill. Next to East Finchley underground station (Northern line, zone 3) and buses (263, 143, 102, 234, H3, N20 - night bus).

'The house is very welcoming and homely and everything is clean and immaculately maintained! My room was quiet, with a lovely view to the garden and when I arrived my bedding was all crisp and fresh. Roxanna is incredibly welcoming, helpful and sensitive to your needs. There's free Wifi connection, which was great as I was here for work with my laptop. Most importantly, the house is located a minute from East Finchley tube station, making it super easy to get into town. I'll definitely stay at Roxanna's again and really recommend it.'
