Location is excellent! You are walking distance to Camden Town and Kentish Town, with Caledonian Rd, Kings Cross, and Holloway Rd not too far. Camden Rd Overground station. Buses 29, 30, 393, and 253 (N279, N29, N390, N253) are in front of the flat and you will have easy access to buses from Camden Town and Kentish Town as well Transportation link is amazing. 10-15 walking distance to Camden Town Station, Kentish Town Station, or (214, 88, 134, C2, 274....etc)

Admin stuff: Rent would be 155 pounds pw (670 per month) + expenses (which will amount to around 80-100 for council tax, electric, water, internet, and gas - which is a key device). Estate Agent will have to do a credit check as well. Expect to move in around July 7th.
