**AMAZING** 4bed property London Bridge/Borough

We have one room on offer in an amazing 4 bed property in the London Bridge/Bermondsey area. One girl is moving back to Spain which is why the room has become available.

The location is fantastic: it's a ten minute walk to Tower Bridge and the river. Two bus routes come right past the house which serve the West end and Shoreditch, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk from Borough, London Bridge and Bermondsey tube stations.

The house is split over four floors so you will never feel on top of each other. There is a big kitchen area and separate living area. There are two bathrooms, and also an extra toilet. The room is a small/medium double, kitted out with new fitted wardrobes and a double bed. It has a decent view and isn't overlooked - It's really nice. We also have a patio and a separate garden!

The cost of £851 includes bills, cleaner, sky, wifi etc

About the housemates...

We are Cat Civil Servant, Kimberly who works as an executive assistant and Luke who is a Chef. The house really is like a home, and although we also all have our own friends in London, we do like hanging out together in and out of the house.

We are looking for a friend as well as a housemate and someone who will treat our amazing house as a home. As we are all very respectful, clean and considerate.

We love music/festivals, watch films, cook, bake, eat, visit markets, keep fit, galleries, travelling, exploring all the quirky places about London and all the usual stuff.
