1 double room to rent in Eleph&Castle

Hello

We have a double room on the second floor of a lovely 6 bed townhouse just off Old Kent Road which is walking distance from Elephant and Castle station.

We have 6 rooms but are looking to convert two into a second lounge & a study so the house will be four in total.

Looking for a social, like minded person to make the place a nice home to live in.

We are pretty busy but we like to make the effort to hang out together.

A guy would be good to balance the house.

Every room is furnished and comes with its own TV, a double bed, wardrobe/chest of drawers and a desk. There are two bathrooms on upper floors and one guest WC on the ground floor.

We have a good sized living area with a modern kitchen, dishwasher, a big fridge and a washing machine.

Willingness to chip in for a pool table would be a plus as thats the plan for the spare room :D

There is a nice garden in which we are looking forward to some decent BBQ's come summer.

The location is a great for transport links. The closest tube stations are Elephant&Castle and Borough. There are also easy bus connections to Central London.

You can walk to Southbank or the famous Borough market in minutes. There is a massive Tesco at the end of the road. Really close to the main road but surprisingly quite.

All the amenities are great value - £4 dry cleaners!

Viewings will be from Wednesday 19th of August onwards.
