Double Bedroom in a 3 bed Victorian terrace

Our house

I have 1 double bedroom available in a charming 3 bed Victorian end of terrace. The house is spotless after being refurbished with new carpets and a new bathroom. Through lounge and a massive kitchen, outside area with double gates for off street parking. All mod cons including Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Broadband and SKY.

The room comes with a Double Bed chest of drawers and a Double wardrobe but these can be removed if you have your own furniture.

I have lived in the area for the past 7 years and it certainly has alot of character. Its an old part of London with old fashioned London pubs (still selling jellied eel's etc)so you often walk through the odd film set (they have filmed two episodes of Spooks in our house).

The house is situated on a tree lined street with no through traffic so very quiet. However walk to the end of the road and you are on a main bus route taking you straight to the West End. Bermondsey tube station (Jubilee line) is a short walk away which is one stop to London Bridge West bound and 2 stops to Canary Wharf East bound so very central. The river is also less than half a mile away so if you're into running its a great start to the day.

This is a home not just a room. There is a front room and dining room to share with the other house mates.

We have a massive 24hr Tesco 2 mins drive away and a Tesco Metro at the end of the road. Bermondsey Street with its bars and restaurants is within walking distance as is Shad Thames.
