This room would suit a professional needing a handy room while working in London and goes home at weekends. No couples.

The Rye is at the end of the road (3 mins walk) and East Dulwich is 8 mins walk - plus there's a Tesco metro 2 mins walk away.
The house is in a quiet part of Peckham Rye - it has a lovely garden with access from both the kitchen (large french doors) and the garden room. The garden gets full sun in the summer months.
